Life in USA
My story starts in Queens, New York. Everything I learned from walking to talking, including my education, happened here. This is where I call home! In 2014, I finished my Communications internship in Manhattan. I had no other plans, so I took a vacation to Brazil and used the time to think about my future.
2014-2015
Trip to Brazil
I traveled to Brazil to meet my family and to learn more about the culture. It was an opportunity to practice and improve my Portuguese. After a few months, I decided to stay in Brazil and got a job teaching English for a school in Belo Horizonte.
2015-2018
Experience
A few months later, I left the school. Students were paying a lot of money but they were learning nothing, so I started to teach private classes. For the next few years I dedicated my time to study and research the best methods to learn English. My studies helped me teach thousands of classes and developed my reputation as one of the best teachers in Brazil.
2019-2020
100 % Online
My goal was to teach English 100% online. I joined SuperProf and quickly became one of the highest-rated teachers in the country. By 2020, I was able to achieve my goal and now teach only online. God has blessed me and guided me all of this time. Today I have new goals and objectives that I would like to accomplish. With God, all things are possible.
